Wagga’s Boogie Bounce Wellness 8 Week Program

ROC has partnered with Boogie Bounce & Clubbercise Wagga to offer 8 Weeks of FREE classes. Exercise has many benefits, not only for your physical health but also your mental health. Exercise causes your brain to release 'feel good' chemicals like endorphins and serotonin that help improve your mood. It also improves your fitness, which can help lift your mood. So, Join us! Come along and meet new people while exercising to support your mental and physical wellbeing. 

Boogie Bounce is a 45min complete exercise programme performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle. The programme consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs. Every muscle in the body is worked, even the FACIAL MUSCLES.... trust me you will have a good giggle throughout! The beauty of Boogie Bounce is everyone can join in the fun as lower impact options are easily performed on the soft pliable surface. Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.

Each class will include a full boogie bounce session instructed by Zoe & a mental health resource pack provided by ROC. ROC staff will also be joining in each tuesday and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
