QPR - Suicide Prevention Training

Open to residents of the Riverina and surrounding towns, FREE QPR Training online via Zoom.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for a 12.30pm start.

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer. It is a short course run by our qualified facilitators, which will give people the skills to identify the warning signs of someone at risk of suicide, the confidence to speak to them about their thoughts, and tools to connect them with professional care. Our training will run between 40-60minutes depending on discussion times, QPR is designed to be a short training to teach the everyday busy person the basic skills to support someone going through crisis. 

This is a FREE training. On completion of training all individuals will receive a certificate and QPR resource pack to your email.

Disclaimer: Please be advised that 6 Participants are required for our training to proceed. It is a requirement that all individuals are present for the full training and QPR content to receive their certificate.
